I agree that this would be a wonderful idea. I honestly don't know why this hasn't happened yet - as the game designers can create a male since they did design Marco.

Its not necessary to add male avies. If they weren't part of the design process of the game at the start then there's no implementing them at this point. Doing so will result in down time; probably around inconvenient times like during seasonal missions.

On another point if male avies are included, I can easily see players coming up with more ideas that don't need to be included in this game.
