since i have the game on my laptop it accidentally used my game money and bought stuff i do not want is there any way to give or delete clothing

I don't think so.

I accidentally clicked on items and bought girl clothes for a boy character...Tried to see what I could do but it didn't do anything. Also, some of the "Quests" request you to buy a dress even if you are a boy character or a mustache even if you are a girl character. With that, there's also nothing you can do, since you can switch genders of the character at any time.
