I can't click on my social tab to visit my neighbours it's faded out

I'm having the same problem. I tried uninstalling but it didn't help.

I ‘m having some problems.

I’ve been having this problem too - but just did an iPhone software update to iOS 11.1.1 and the social tab is working again. :)
