How do i invite people to my club?

I created a club for my friends and family top play on and I can't figure out how to invite them. Can you please help?

They can be invited through facebook or they can download Cafeland mobile to a device and then search for your club under the Cafe Clubs tab (the same tab where you created the club). You are also welcome to just search for Cafe Bowl and join us. We are on level 5 and the club is open to join.

How can I get my neighbors back on Cafeland that I lost?

I have tried that search for specific club to join but when options come up to choose from the club I want is not an option. Anyone know how this is done?
